- that goods sold via the website online.sanioptik.rs has the properties needed for the regular usage of that kind of goods in accordance with its purpose, which is defined in the Declaration;
- that the compliance of the goods in the contract is EXCLUSIVELY determined according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the belonging Declaration;
- that the selling price is specified for every article;
- that delivery service is free of charge for all the amounts above 3000 RSD on the territory of Serbia.
- that the possibility of purchase with special price benefits and/or with special sale incentives (sale purchase), is completed in accordance with conditions published on the website online.sanioptik.com.
- that a customer can pay by cash on delivery the goods purchased on the website online.sanioptik.rs, by payment slip via a bank account, as well as with specified cards at the time of purchase on the website.
- thata customer when creating a purchase order, by pressing the key ENTER, assumes the responsibility of paying for the order.
- that in case that during the reception of goods, a customer establishes that the size is not matching, he/she has the right to exchange it for another size in a way that is defined for goods purchased via the ONLINE shop, which can be found here.
- that in the case that during the reception of goods a customer does not want to keep it, he/she has the right of termination of the contract and refund in the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods, in a way that is defined for goods purchased via the ONLINE shop, which can be found here.
- in the case of the return of goods, and a refund to a customer who has previously paid with some of the cards, partially or entirely, and regardless of the reason for return, Sani Optik is obliged to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods of payment, which means that the bank will by the request of the seller complete the refund on the account of the card user.
- That for the goods ordered via the ONLINE shop, a customer has the right to attach a complaint with a receipt/delivery note for a product already used, in a way that is defined for goods purchased via the ONLINE shop, which can be found here.
